Welcome to the National Bar Association Political Action Committee’s website (NBA-PAC). The NBA-PAC is the separate political arm of the National Bar Association (NBA) and is dedicated to financially and politically supporting federal candidates that support the NBA’s objectives, mission and legislative agenda.
During the 2008 general election cycle and beyond, the NBA-PAC is committed to supporting
candidates that are committed to the interest of the African-American community.

The recent Supreme Court decision involving voter identification in Indiana, and the continued lack of an appropriate federal response to the thousands of Americans citizens still suffering from the devastation from Hurricane Katrina, remind us that we must be proactive in electing those who desire to make and influence public policy.
The NBA-PAC is a separate and distinct entity from the NBA and is governed by its own by laws and Board of Directors.
